Description
Tomassa started working in a coffee farm at only seven years old and now owns 1.4 hectares of land at an altitude of 1800 meters. For the past 25 years Tomassa has enjoyed working her land, growing high quality coffee, and being surrounded by trees, plants, nature, singing birds, and lots of peace. Tomassa also grows a variety of fruits such as avocado trees, limes and bananas while also being active member in her village advocating for access to water, improving roads, education and much more.
Characteristics: Notes of honey, caramel, peach and orange blossom. Delicate acidity and a rounded body.
