We do not always offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion if products are returned unopened, sealed, and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Our green coffee beans are intended for roasting and consumption. They are not ready-to-eat in their unroasted form. You are responsible for proper storage and roasting practices.
