We sell green (unroasted) coffee beans for home and commercial use. While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

Orders and Payment

• All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).

Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide.

Returns and Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are protected. You are entitled to a refund, or replacement for goods that:

We do not always offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion if products are returned unopened, sealed, and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Use of Products

Our green coffee beans are intended for roasting and consumption. They are not ready-to-eat in their unroasted form. You are responsible for proper storage and roasting practices.

• However, slight variations may occur due to the screen settings or human error.
• If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law:
